WB-PA Basic
WhistleblowingPA, in its basic version, is the free solution developed for all Italian public administrations. It is possible to join this project and activate a dedicated whistleblowing platform by registering the organization directly on this website. Once the registration is completed, the organization gains access to its dedicated platform, available in the cloud and accessible via the internet through a specific address assigned to each administration.
The platform is configured with a standard, non-editable questionnaire, specifically developed by Transparency International Italia to address wrongdoing in the public sector, and is designed in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023. Customization options are limited to adding the organization’s logo and modifying the introductory text on the platform’s homepage.

wb-pa Standard
The standard proposal for public administrations includes a platform with a non-editable standard questionnaire, identical to the one used in the free version and developed by Transparency International Italia. Compared to the basic version, it is possible to assign up to three recipient accounts for managing reports.
Some customization options are also available, including adding the organization’s logo, modifying the texts on the platform’s homepage, and adjusting the data retention policy, which is set by default to 12 months.

Custom
Transparency International Italia and Whistleblowing Solutions offer public administrations customized solutions for creating reporting platforms, tailored to the organization’s needs and always in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Possible customizations include:
- Adaptation of the graphics and layout of the platform (colours, fonts, alignments);
- Customization of the reporting questionnaire and support in its drafting;
- Ability to create multiple questionnaires or reporting contexts;
- Ability to enable multiple languages;
- Management of multiple receivers, which can be associated with different questionnaires;
- Customization of data retention policy;
- Training session on platform usage;
- Dedicated support for report managers in case of operational issues;
- Ability to integrate a voice channel with voice messaging functionality;
- Upon request, acting as custodian in accordance with the procedures specified by the National Anti-Corruption Authority;
- Support in creating custom posters for internal communication campaigns;
- For advanced needs, the ability to modify questionnaires independently.
