On this page technical documents are available for organisations that join the project in order to fulfil legal obligations in terms of privacy and security, as summarised in the short practical guide to data protection which can be downloaded from the first item of the list.

To fulfil the administrative obligations for the activation of the platform, it is necessary to download the Appointment as external data processing manager, enter the data of the organisation, sign and send it to gdpr@whistleblowing.it.

We also suggest updating any other internal documents such as the whistleblowing policy, the code of conduct and other documents in which reference is made to whistleblowing procedures.

Finally, certifications are available to guarantee compliance with the best standards by the project and the organisations promoting it.
