The standard proposal developed for all private organisations (companies, foundations, universities, non-profit entities, etc.) provides a standard questionnaire compliant with the requirements for the private sector as set by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, in particular with regard to the types of offences indicated by the legislation.

Joining the project under the terms of this proposal offers a non-modifiable questionnaire. Graphic and textual customizations are limited to the upload of the organisation’s logo and some texts on the platform’s homepage. It is possible to activate three recipients who have access to reports and to configure a personalised retention period of data on the platform.

Organizations interested in joining this initiative can test the free standard version for public administrations to see how the platform works from the receiver’s side.

Possible customizations include:

• Adaptation of the graphics and layout of the platform (colours, fonts, alignments);
• Customization of the reporting questionnaire and support in its drafting;
• Ability to create multiple questionnaires or reporting contexts;
• Ability to enable multiple languages;
• Management of multiple receivers, which can be associated with different questionnaires;
• Customization of data retention policy;
• Training session on platform usage;
• Dedicated support for report managers in case of operational issues;
• Ability to integrate a voice channel with voice messaging functionality;
• Upon request, acting as custodian in accordance with the procedures specified by the National Anti-Corruption Authority;
• Support in creating custom posters for internal communication campaigns;
• For advanced needs, the ability to modify questionnaires independently.
