Transparency International Italia e Whistleblowing Solutions offer three different options for joining and activating their digital solution for receiving and managing whistleblowing reports: a basic option (free) reserved for public administrations; a standard option tailored to each type of organization; and a customized option designed to address specific needs. All proposals include continuous technical support, organizational assistance and dedicated training sessions for report managers.
Basic
A free version of the platform, intended for all public sector organizations. It is configured with a standard questionnaire specifically developed by Transparency International Italia to address misconduct in the public sector, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023. The version includes one receiving user account.
standard
The platform is available with a standard questionnaire, selectable from three developed versions: for public administrations, publicly controlled companies, and private entities. Each questionnaire has been designed to cover the main types of misconduct relevant to the respective sectors. Up to three receiving user accounts are available, and there is the possibility to customize the data retention policy.
custom
A tailor-made configurable solution, designed for more structured public and private organizations that require specific customization of the platform, reporting channels, user management, or the questionnaire. It is also possible to integrate additional services, such as training activities and support in the development of internal procedures.
